How to Order
Dendros Woodcraft does not stock many items.
Most are made to order.
Shop:
If an item is listed in the Shop, you are in luck - that item is available to be purchased right now, by you!
Gallery:
The Gallery contains items that have been commissioned by previous clients.
If you like an item you see and want it replicated, the design process is streamlined.
If you only like some aspects of an item in the gallery, it gives both of us a starting place in designing your piece.
If you would like to commission a custom item that is not shown in the Gallery, feel free to send an email. Enquiries are welcome at any time and will be personally answered as soon as possible.
Here’s How it Works
1. You email me with a request
2. We set a time for a virtual or phone meeting
3. We plan your piece
4. You receive an emailed quote together with the details of your project
5. You confirm and send a 50% down payment for items totaling $100 or more
6. Your project enters my build queue
7. I craft your project
8. You receive your project and complete your payment (due on receipt)
Wood is a natural product that was once alive and growing! Each tree has grain patterns that are unique - that’s part of its beauty. The grain pattern of your custom piece will differ from examples you see shown on the website.
